A National Public Education Campaign
America 433+
Our National Parks. A Shared Story Worth Preserving.
America 433+ affirms that public lands and institutions should tell the shared story of this country — and that protecting our parks is essential to democracy itself.
Truth Under Threat.
Our Mission
Our National Parks. A Shared Story Worth Preserving.
America 433+ is a national public education campaign and civic call to action responding to the growing attack, erasure, and distortion of our shared American story. The campaign counteracts the intentional hollowing out of our nation's park infrastructure and censorship — including the removal, suppression, or alteration of vital public records and materials.
Our national parks are public lands for all people. They should reflect the fullness and complexity of the American experience — not a narrowed, partisan, or distorted version of it.
America 433+ reclaims and redirects from the cynical "Freedom 250" to an expansive, inclusive, ongoing civic story and archive — rather than framing public lands as sites for scenery or tourism alone.
